Organizator 19. Internacionalnog bienalnog festivala portreta INTERBIFEP (u daljem tekstu: Festival) je JU „Centar za kulturu“ Tuzla.
Internacionalni bienalni festival INTERBIFEP je međunarodni festival portretnog stvaralaštva u oblasti crteža, grafike, fotografije i video art portreta, uz uvažavanje svih individualnih sklonosti autora i stilskih pravaca u savremenoj likovnoj umjetnosti.
The organiser of the 19 International biennal festival of portrait INTERBIFEP (further in the text: Festival) is JU „Centar za kulturu“ Tuzla.
International biennal festival of portrait INTERBIFEP is an international festival in the fields of drawing, graphic arts, photography and video art portrait, appreciating all individual tendencies of authors and styles in contemporary fine arts.

- DATUM ODRŽAVANJA / DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL
- Internacionalni bienalni festival portreta INTERBIFEP se održava od 18.09.2024. godine do 25.11.2024. godine.
- International biennal festival of portrait INTERBIFEP will be held from September 18 – November 25/ 2024
- SELEKTOR / SELECTOR
Selektor će napraviti užu selekciju umjetničkih djela koja će potom biti izložena u JU „Centar za kulturu“ Tuzla u organizacionoj jedinici Međunarodna galerija portreta.
The Selectors will make a selection of art pieces that will be exhibited in the JU „Centar za kulturu“ Tuzla, in the art space of International gallery of portrait.
- MEĐUNARODNI ŽIRI / INTERNATIONAL JURY
Međunarodni žiri broji 3 člana te ima zadatak da nakon selekcije, a prije zvaničnog otvaranja Festivala, donese Odluku o dodjeli nagrada.
International jury is composed of three professionals. They are obliged to bring the Decision on Awards, before the official opening of the festival.

- USLOVI ZA PRIJAVU / REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
7.1. Opći uslovi za prijavu / General requirements for application
Pravo učešća na Festivalu ima svaka punoljetna osoba koja se profesionalno bavi umjetničkim stvaralaštvom (u daljem tekstu: Učesnici).
Učesnici se na ovaj Javni poziv prijavljuju putem aplikacione forme dostupne na web stranici JU „Centra za kulturu“ Tuzla ili putem linka:

Participation in the Festival is open to every adult person, working professionally in the field of artistic creation (further in text: the Participants).
Participants apply for participation by submission of a completed application form available on the web page of the Organiser or via link:

7.2. Kategorije: crtež, grafika, fotografija / Cathegory drawing, graphic, photography
Svaki Učesnik ima pravo da se prijavi sa najmanje 3, a najviše 5 umjetničkih djela nastalih u roku od dvije (2) godine do dana objavljivanja ovog Javnog poziva.
Dimenzije umjetničkih djela ne mogu biti veće od 100 x 80 cm.
Učesnici su obavezni umjetnička djela fotografisati u formatu .jpg max do 2 MB.
Every participant will apply with at least three (3) and maximum five (5) art pieces, made in the period of two years prior to the date of launching the Festival’s public call.
Dimensions of the art pieces must not exceed 100 x 80 cm
The participants must photograph their pieces in the .jpg format, maximum size of 2 MB.
7.3. Kategorija Video art / Cathegory Video art
Učesnici koji se prijavljuju za Video art formu mogu se prijaviti sa najviše tri (3) rada te se obavezuju isti uploadovati preko youtube platforme (www.youtube) ili vimea (www.vimeo.com) uz obavezu dostavljanja linka elektronskim putem aplikacione forme.
Video art može trajati max 5 minuta. Rad ne može biti stariji od dvije godine do dana objavljivanja ovog Javnog poziva.
Participants applying with video format can apply with maximum three (3) pieces. Video art portraits must be uploaded through Youtube platform (www.youtube.com) or Vimeo (www.vimeo.com), with submission of the link electronically through the online application form.
Video art must not be longer than 5 minutes. The video must not be older than two (2) years prior to the date of launching the Festival’s public call.
- ROK ZA PRIJAVU / DEADLINE FOR SUBMITING APPLICATION
Rok za dostavljanje prijava na selekciju teče od 28.05.2024. godine do 06.07.2024. godine.
Public call for participation to submit the application is open from 28 May 2024 untill 06 July 2024.
- SLANJE UMJETNIČKIH DJELA / SENDING THE ART PIECES
Učesnici čija umjetnička djela prođu selekciju, biće obaviješteni na e-mail adresu koju navedu u aplikacionoj formi.
Rok za slanje umjetničkih djela je od 16.07.2024. do 31.07.2024. godine.
The participants whose art pieces are selected, will be informed about the results, at the email that they appointed in the application form.
Deadline for sending the selected art pieces to the Festival is from 16 July untill 31 July/ 2024.
- OSTALE ODREDBE / OTHER PROVISIONS
Sve nepotpune i neblagovremno pristigle prijave neće se uzeti u razmatranje.
